¶ View User Log - Audit Trail
- Open the User Log Audit Trail form.
- Logs will automatically display if
Auto Refreshis enabled. - To view the most recent activity manually, click
Refresh Log. - Use the scrollbar or filters to navigate and narrow down entries by:
- User
- Activity Type
- Date and Time
- Machine
- Reference No.
- To print the displayed entries, click
Print Log. - Use
Clear Filterto remove all filters and view the complete data again.
The audit trail captures critical system activities like login, user activity, document creation, and system setup.
This module is typically reserved for system administrators or audit personnel.
