User creation and rights is an extremely powerful tool which allows the creation of users within the Edge system for the current company and define form wise rights as seen below. Rights can be given for each form to Create, View, Edit, Delete, Print, Post or All, as required per user. Reports, Alerts and Employee master tab rights can also be defined and controlled from here.

- In Form Tabs Rights, check the tabs the user should access under specific forms.
- Check options in Other Rights to allow specialized access and visibility.
- Under Divisions, enable applicable divisions and set a default if needed.
- In the Flow Graph tab, allow view access to graphs relevant to the user's role.
- Under Sales Item Rate Rights, enable access to specific sales items and their rates.
- Use
Check All
if the user requires all rights.
- Click
Save
to finalize user rights.
Ensure that Default
checkboxes (for Location or Division) are used for only one selection per section.
Save As
Option is provided as quick way to add users. User Group templates can be saved and reused with this option to quickly create a new user with a pre-defined set of rights.

- Modify fields or access rights across tabs as needed.

to apply changes.
Changes are applied immediately after saving. However, if the user is logged in, then these will take effect once they logout and re-login.

- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Deleted users cannot be recovered. Ensure proper authorization before deletion.
Check-box for selecting all rights at once is available, if required.
