This utility allows sending Outstanding and Ledger Statements to clients and vendors by email directly from the system.

Client Ledger |
Checkbox | Check this option to send the Ledger Statement along with the Outstanding Statement. |
From Date* |
Date | Required only in case Client Ledger checkbox is selected. |
To Date* |
Date | Select Statement date. By default current date will be filled in. |
Send Mail |
Button | Click to send email |
Email will be sent from the pre-configured SMTP settings in the system.
